Artist's Statement
SenseNonSense is focused on a simple awareness of our senses, on our identification with them, and on the transitory nature of our experience. The senses are represented in this work by their physical organs- isolated and recontextualised. This device can enable the viewer to become more aware, even momentarily, of the individual senses, and their attributes.
